Where do you service?
We’re located in South Brisbane but service Northern Gold Coast, Brisbane and the Scenic Rim.
Do you deal with emergency storm damage?
Yes, our crews are on alert and available 24/7 to deal with any storm damage that you may have on your property. Give us a call at any time on 1300 55 40 48 to discuss your concerns. We recommend to be storm ready by getting one of our qualified arborists to access any potential hazards that you may have.
How do I pay?
Treesafe accepts direct deposits, credit cards, payment plans, cash and cheques.
Are your staff fully qualified?
Yes! Our staff are highly trained professional and are qualified up to a certificate in Arboriculture.
Do you have insurance?
Yes we have insurance up to 20 million dollars
Can we have a free quote?
We like to physically examine the trees on your property to provide you with the best quote. An estimator will visit you on your property free of charge.
Do I need council permission?
We are unable to prune or remove any trees that are on council property without permission. Please give us a call on 1300 55 40 48 so we can help you out!
How does the pricing work?
We like to inspect your trees in person before giving you a quote as all trees are different. The cost of tree services varies depending on:
The size of the tree
The type of tree
The location of the tree
Potential danger of the job
Do you clean up after yourselves?
Yes of course! We clean up any waste and leave the property how we found it.
