Where do you service?
Treesafe is based at Logan Village, between Brisbane and the Gold Coast. We service Brisbane Southside, Logan, Jimboomba, Beenleigh, the Gold Coast, Redlands, Ipswich and the Scenic Rim, and travel further for larger projects. See our service areas.
Do you deal with emergency storm damage?
Yes. Our crews are available 24/7 to deal with storm damage and other tree emergencies. Call us any time on 1300 554 048 to discuss your concerns. We also recommend getting one of our qualified arborists to assess any potential hazards before storm season.
What services do you offer?
Tree removal and lopping, stump grinding and removal, land clearing and tree pruning, plus emergency and storm response, commercial tree services, tree reports and inspections, tree maintenance, palm tree removal and bulk mulch. Are your staff fully qualified?
Yes. Our arborists hold AQF Level 3 qualifications, and junior team members work towards the same standard through structured apprenticeships. We can also call on AQF Level 5 expertise for more complex projects.
Do you have insurance?
Yes. We carry $20 million in public liability insurance, and all work is completed by AQF Level 3 qualified arborists.
Can we have a free quote?
Yes, quotes are free. For straightforward jobs we can often quote directly from the details and photos you send. For larger or more complex work, an estimator will visit your property free of charge. Get a free quote.
Do I need council permission?
It depends on the tree and the property. We can’t prune or remove trees on council land without council permission, and many trees on private property are protected as well. Check your council’s rules before work begins, for example Brisbane City Council, the City of Gold Coast or Logan City Council. Not sure? Call us on 1300 554 048 and we’ll help work out what applies. How does the pricing work?
We price each job individually, from a single tree to large clearing and commercial projects. The cost depends on:
- The size, type and number of trees
- The location and access, including machinery access and nearby buildings or powerlines
- The equipment needed, such as cranes, elevated work platforms or excavators
- The scale and risk of the job
- What’s included, such as stump grinding, mulching and waste removal

How do I pay?
Treesafe accepts Visa, MasterCard and direct deposit. If you have a question about payment, call us on 1300 554 048.
Do you clean up after yourselves?
Yes of course! We clean up any waste and leave the property how we found it.
Do you work with commercial and strata properties?
Yes. We work with strata managers, body corporates, developers, schools and councils, from large removals and land clearing to scheduled maintenance. SWMS and insurance documentation are supplied for commercial and strata sites. See commercial tree services.
Can you work near powerlines?
Yes, with careful planning. Tree work near powerlines is subject to specific safety requirements and may involve coordination with Energex, the electricity network provider for south-east Queensland.
