On the first day, they weren’t able to complete the stump grinding because the water meter was located right next to the tree roots. Also the team cleaned up the remaining huge root balls of two large trees totally uprooted during the recent cyclone. The trees were in a bit of a precarious position being very close to the house and shed. This was no problem for the team. They were so efficient and took so much care getting everything cut down and mulched in such an organised and speedy fashion. Their service is totally professional in every way. The job that was done was excellent. His team member actually explained what he was going to do and why and got straight to it. He went above and beyond ensuring it was done properly. Which it was. The issue we had with this is when the bill came in. It was less than the quote. I couldn't believe it, I thought it should be more. We had 44 meters of bamboo in our small backyard which was causing me excessive gardening work, and risking the bamboo running into our neighbor's yard. Treesafe was tasked to remove the Bamboo. The working crew were nothing short of amazing. They carried their duty in a well coordinated, friendly, efficient and professional fashion. The completion of the work went beyond our expectation. Moreover, one of their landscape qualified staff identified other requirements for best keeping of our backyard. Treesafe walked the extra mile, their working ethic is a gem and as such, it is rare to come across these days. Finally, they left our backyard pristine, cleaned and looking fabulous! The guys even used a high power blower on wheels to collect all the leaves. 3 large eucalyptus trees near a house taken down and completely removed with stumps ground to well below floor in less than 3 hours. Trees were systematically taken apart and lowered to ground on ropes to prevent damage to surrounding garden beds.I was completely astounded when these guys turned up with 2 excavators, an enormous boom lift, two trucks and the biggest stump grinder and mulcher I have ever seen. This was not a one guy show, five turned up and removed the trees like a F1 team.Posted on Google

Kylie Hey997 days agoRecently had these guys attend to start my garden makeover on my two acre property south of Brisbane. They were highly professional, efficient, thorough, and worth every cent. They may seem expensive at first but you get more than what you pay for with these arborists and with zero down time throughout the day, I can now appreciate the lengths they have gone to to have the latest machinery at hand on every job. Never again will I pay for a climbing arborist. Cherry pickers and remote controlled stump grinding equipment is the way of the future, and with minimum onsite damage to clean up, I’ll be singing these guys praises to whoever will listen. We had more than 20 huge trees removed from our property and the boys flew through the work in just a day. That is full removal, mulching and stump grinding as well as trimming 2 trees. As an example they can fell the trees and leave for you to do what you want with, or cut up for firewood, or mulch them and take away not leaving a trace, or a combination of those. We have had several VERY large trees removed, some cut up into fire wood too, as well as some large trees pruned. I dont know how they do it, but they have always carried out the work without any damage to surrounding trees or other structures like buildings or fences and left the area all cleaned up. The stump grinding has made a huge difference to the finished look too. We will use them again, without hesitation, on any future jobs that we need doing and cant recommend them highly enough. They put all the trees in the mulcher even after asking 3 of the guys to save as much as they can. They also wrecked my fence getting a ewp into my property now there are bent star pickets. On a couple of occasions we booked them for a whole day which is superb value for larger jobs and we really get value for money and excellent service. From the first site visit and advice on what can, can't should/shouldn't be done to the return for the work. The guys are all great people, friendly but professional and work very hard. There is no slacking off for the whole day/time they are on site. Mulch can be kept or taken away. This time we kept it and it was decent stuff for the garden. This latest booking had four guys, truck, muncher, cherry-picker and Kubota claw. Amazing to watch them in action. Could not praise more and thoroughly recommend to you all. Dan Nicolaysen2271 days agoI got 6 quotes for a job on 3 massive gumtrees next to powerlines. Treesafe came in as the cheapest of them all, almost 50% cheaper than the others. But not only the cheapest, they had the most amazing equipment, so when 2 utes, 2 trucks, excavator and a huge tree grinder arrived at my address, I was sure they were the right team for the job. The team was incredible professional and you could tell they have been doing this for years. The first massive gum tree next to the house and powerlines came down within minutes. The 2 other trees had to be cut down from the top not to hit powerlines. Treesafe did the job like the easiest thing in the world. Some of the other tree removal companies wanted to cut power to the house and have Energy company on stand by before working on the trees. Not Treesafe, they knew what they were doing. Less than 1 hour and all 3 gum trees were taken down exactly as planned. From now on I will only use Treesafe for the removal of trees, this is the best choice out there. sam webb2645 days agoWe had a very large gumtree removed with Treesafe. It was right on the fence and overhanging our house a little. I was amazed by the professionalism and attention to detail that was on display when taking down this tree. There was no damage, staff were all polite and they even chopped up some firewood for us at the end of a long day. Oh, and the price was amazing! When quoting they said that they did things the right way, and that was a completely accurate statement. Suz Suzartz2783 days agoIf you use this company, my advice to you would be to be VERY specific about what branches you want removing and how many and get it written on the quote. Do not allow them to just write down "reduce canopy" as they will take off two branches and call it a day. When asked to take off more, they refused. Pointless complaining, unless you don't mind getting shifted from person to person only to be told someone will call you back, no wonder my husband got so cranky with them. We also caught the guy dumping bits of branches/rubbish in the corner of our property (which he was supposed to take away) and whilst doing this with his big catapillar tracks churned up the wet ground which was then left like a ploughed field. He had no need to go to that corner of the property at all. We are still waiting for them to come back and reduce the canopy on one of the trees, I guess it is not going to happen. We also paid in advance which was a bad thing to do as you will get put on the back burner once they have your money.
